The multitalented artists of the Soulpepper Academy perform original compositions based on the work of the legendary American poet. The Soulpepper Academy is comprised of
Ins Choi, Tatjana Cornij, Raquel Duffy, Matthew Kabwe, Ken MacKenzie, Gregory Prest, Karen Rae, Jason Rothery, and
Brendan Wall. Musical Direction:

Edward Estlin Cummings, popularly known as e. e. cummings, was an American poet, painter, essayist, author, and playwright. His body of work encompasses approximately 2,900 poems, two autobiographical novels, four plays and several essays, as well as numerous drawings and paintings. Some of his most famous poems include in-Just and anyone lived in a pretty town how. His experiments with syntax, surrealistic imagery, and often satirical tone have made him enormously influential. He is remembered as one of the most popular and pre-eminent voices of 20th century poetry.
